It is China’s peaceful rise which determines that it will not seek hegemony, as other countries have done throughout history when they became stronger. The world is ushering in the fourth round of economic globalization. China will seize this opportunity to rise with other developing countries peacefully. Meanwhile, developed countries will undergo a new round of growth. All countries will build a global community of shared future based on joint interests.
